Silicone Remover	HG Silicone Seal Remover	Quickly and safely removes dirty silicone caulking from around tubs, sinks, etc. Necessary tools included. Harmless on tubs, sinks and tile.
Natural Stone Efflorescence Remover	HG Limex	Removes stubborn cement, mortar residues and efflorescence from natural stones. (not to be used on polished surfaces)

Grout Restoration and Colour Change	Mapei Grout Colourant, approximate coverage: 200 sq. ft. per 237ml	A coloured acrylic grout sealer designed to colour grout joints and seal them simultaneously. Especially effective in efflorescence cases.

**Efflorescence: White film appearing on tile and grout after curing, usually caused by the presence of excess moisture during grouting. If cleaners do not work, Mapei Grout Colourant is a good solution.

**Grout Film: Installation has excessive haze of grout after curing. Caused by improper cleaning during grouting.
