Monnocottura: it's an Italian term meaning single fired.

Thinset: it's a Portland cement based mortar that acts as an adhesive and is usually applied less than 1/4" thick.

P.E.I Rating: refers to the durability of the tile. It’s on a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the most durable.
